Our Warranty Promise

We are proud to offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on all Jewelsbyjess jewelry. During the first year of ownership, we will provide complimentary repairs for any craftsmanship-related issues. After this period, a modest fee may apply, covering only the cost of labor and materials.

Please note: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your convenience, we offer an optional prepaid, insured shipping label for $75.

Repair Timeframes & Exclusions

• Typical repair turnaround: 1 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity.

• Our warranty does not cover the replacement of center or specialty stones valued over $300. We highly recommend insuring these pieces to protect against potential loss or damage.

• The warranty is void if any repair work is carried out by a third-party jeweler not authorized by Jewelsbyjess.
